Where is Papierówka furniture manufactured?
We make our furniture in Poland, to order. Our workshop is located in Stary Bojanów, in the Wielkopolska Province. We do everything ourselves on-site, which is why we can offer competitive prices while ensuring excellent quality.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
We begin crafting each piece of furniture only after an order is placed—we do not keep items in stock. This allows us to tailor the product to your needs while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. The standard lead time is approximately 20–45 business days, depending on the product and the extent of customization. The exact lead time is always listed on the product page, next to the price. We are a small workshop, and each piece of furniture is crafted individually with attention to detail—which is why the process takes longer than mass production, but allows us to achieve significantly higher quality.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, standard orders can be canceled. For made-to-measure or personalized products, cancellation is not possible because they are produced individually for a specific order and are not stock items.
I want to change the shipping address. What should I do?
Yes, you can change the delivery address. Please contact us by email at kontakt@skleppapierowka.pl and provide the first and last name under which the order was placed, along with the new delivery address.
Where can I find the sales document?
The sales receipt is generated automatically and sent to the email address associated with the order.

How does product customization work?
Simply select the product and let us know what changes you’d like to make—for example, dimensions, panel color, handles, or other elements. Based on this information, we’ll prepare a custom quote.
What does adjusting for the baseboard involve?
The cabinet body or countertop is adjusted to accommodate the baseboard. This ensures the furniture fits flush against the wall without any visible gaps, providing an aesthetic and cohesive finish.
Can I make changes to the product, such as combining two models into one?
Yes. Please send us an email with a description of the changes and the product name, and we’ll prepare a quote. You can also use our quote form. form

Can I exchange a product I purchased?
Yes, you can exchange a product within 14 days of the delivery date. To begin the process, please contact us by email at kontakt@skleppapierowka.pl to arrange the details.

How do I pay for a custom order?
For custom orders, a 40% deposit of the order value is required. The balance is due before shipment or upon delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes up to 24 hours from the time of shipment. For bulky or palletized shipments, delivery may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout the European Union. Exceptions include Switzerland and islands, including the Canary Islands and Majorca.
Which courier service do you use to ship your furniture?
We handle standard shipments via the DPD courier service. Pallet shipments are delivered by DHL, and larger items by the transport companies Raben or Hellmann.
How is your furniture packaged?
We pack our furniture very securely, using appropriate protective measures to minimize the risk of damage during transport. Customers often comment on the high level of protection provided for their shipments.
Can I order pre-assembled furniture?

Can I order furniture with delivery and setup?
Yes, that’s possible. Delivery and setup often involve additional wait time and an extra charge, so please contact us before placing your order.
